This one-bedroom luxury rental apartment in Minsk was designed as a high-end investment property created specifically for the premium rental market. Designed in rich wine tones inspired by Art Deco elegance, the apartment creates a boutique hotel atmosphere aimed at attracting professional tenants and young couples seeking distinctive living spaces.
The open-plan layout maximises light and functionality, featuring a bespoke window bench with integrated storage and relaxation space, a statement kitchen island and a sculptural semi-circular sofa forming the heart of the living area. A glass block partition between the bedroom and living space enhances natural light while visually connecting the interior.
This project was developed for a private property investor whose designer apartments consistently outperform the market. The design strategy focused on creating a unique rental product tailored to a specific tenant profile - a key factor in achieving strong investment performance.
