This luxurious two-story mansion was created for clients who reside permanently in Europe.
Accustomed to world-class properties and exceptional standards, the homeowners placed high demands on every aspect of the design. This added a great deal of responsibility and motivation for us to deliver a truly outstanding result.
At the time of project initiation, the interior had already been partially implemented based on a previous concept by the former owners. However, we were tasked with completely redefining the space in line with the new clients’ vision. As a result, we reimagined the entire project from scratch. The porcelain tiles were dismantled, and all major systems—plumbing, electrics, HVAC, and ventilation—were redesigned and rebuilt to meet modern standards and luxury expectations.
The final interior is best described as refined eclecticism with a dominant Art Deco influence. Deep, moody colour palettes, dramatic crystal chandeliers, marble and onyx accents, rich oak and walnut wood, and velvety, textured fabrics come together in perfect harmony. Every detail was carefully curated to reflect the lifestyle and refined taste of the homeowners.
