Art Deco is a style for those who are not afraid to express themselves — for people with refined taste, a passion for luxury, and a love of dramatic contrasts.
This project was developed for a family with three children, who knew exactly what they wanted from the very beginning.
The villa, located in one of the most prestigious compounds of New Cairo, is filled with natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, making it the perfect canvas for a rich and moody palette. The owners requested a bold, modern interior in deep, saturated tones — a perfect match for the architectural features and their personal style.
Yuliya created a home where dark tones feel elegant and breathable, using glossy textures, metallic details, geometric accents, and statement lighting — all signature elements of Art Deco.
The children’s rooms, in contrast, were given a lighter and more playful feel while still remaining stylistically coherent with the rest of the home.

A special highlight is the master suite, which features a luxurious bathroom and a spacious, meticulously organised dressing room — a true retreat within the home.
Results
A dramatic yet livable villa where Art Deco aesthetics meet family functionality. The design reflects the individuality of each family member while creating a cohesive atmosphere of elegance and modern glamour.
