This home is a story of transformation — a second chance to create a space filled with peace, meaning, and true comfort.
When the client first contacted Yuliya Forrest, he was deeply disappointed. The initial renovation had already started under the guidance of a different designer. Ceilings were installed, and the electrical layout was completed — but the results were so discouraging that the client even considered selling the house, not wanting to live in it at all.

Yuliya stepped in at a challenging stage. Working with what was already done, she redesigned the entire interior, carefully adapting her concept to the existing technical elements to avoid unnecessary additional costs.

The new design was developed in a light, modern interpretation of American classic style — calm, elegant, and timeless.
Moldings and decorative bas-relief elements were created according to original sketches by Yuliya’s team, breathing new life into the walls and atmosphere of the home.

Every room became brighter, more thoughtful, and beautifully balanced. The soft palette and refined textures — including decorative plaster, textured wallpapers, and carefully selected artwork — make the interior feel truly complete and lived-in.
The children’s room was developed before the baby was born. Since the gender was still unknown, the space was designed in soothing, gender-neutral tones, making it perfect for either a boy or a girl. It’s a room of gentle light and future dreams.

A house that lost its way — and found its soul through design

This house is now exactly as it was envisioned. The client followed all of Yuliya’s recommendations, from the major decorative elements to the smallest accessories — resulting in a home that is calm, cohesive, and deeply personal.

Results

Photos of this home will soon appear on our website. But even now, we can confidently say:
the real-life result is even more beautiful than the 3D visualizations.
The client, who once wanted to walk away from the property altogether, is now excited to move in and looking forward to the housewarming party.
And for Yuliya Forrest, this is the most meaningful result:
to know that design — even when born from a difficult situation — can bring back joy, connection, and a sense of belonging.
