The spacious home unfolds across several levels and includes not only private living areas for each family unit but also well-planned staff accommodations, ensuring comfort and functionality for a dynamic household.
The main reception area on the ground floor is divided into two contrasting yet harmonious zones:
– The central hall is crafted in a refined Neoclassical style with touches of Art Deco, creating an atmosphere of timeless sophistication.
– Adjacent to it is a bright and welcoming Majlis, designed in a distinctive Oriental style, offering warmth, texture, and cultural depth.
The kitchen embodies the best principles of American classic style — it’s elegant, highly functional, and tailored for the everyday needs of a large family.
A private office was designed to reflect the status and individuality of the client — a space of quiet strength, authority, and calm.
Elegance Woven from East and West
The crown jewel of the residence is the master bathroom — fully clad in premium Italian marble, it offers the feel of a five-star hotel suite, with serene lighting and thoughtfully chosen textures.
Results
In just 3.5 months, Yuliya developed the complete interior design concept and produced a full set of working drawings for this sophisticated, multi-level residence.
Each member of the large family received a space tailored to their individual lifestyle, color preferences, and aesthetic wishes.
All areas — including rooms for staff — were thoughtfully planned and executed with attention to every detail.
